If you love your jewelry, show it.  Treat it with care and avoid direct contact with water and chemical products e.g. soap, perfume and abrasives.  Make-up, perfume and hairspray may dull the finish of your jewelry and discolor it.  If it looks delicate, it is!

Do not wear your jewelry when in the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering.  Protect your jewelry from moisture and keep it away from all sources of heat such as radiators and windows.  Remove your jewelry when doing household chores or gardening.  Do not bend and pull your jewelry.  Store your jewelry in individual bags or boxes to avoid scratching and rubbing.  No matter how much you love your jewelry, you should not sleep with it.

We use natural stones and all stones have their own nature and they come with different hardness.  Please be aware that stones might break if they come into contact with a hard surface.

.925 sterling silver is a soft metal.  It will more easily be scratched in collisions with other surfaces.  Scratches and small marks are not considered a defect, but just a sign of normal wear and tear.  Like any jewelry finish, our matte/brushed and patina finishes will wear with time.  If desired, take your jewelry to a professional jeweler to renew the finish, or return it to us for a touch-up.

To occasionally clean your jewelry, soak it briefly in warm water and a drop of mild dish detergent.  Rinse in warm water and dry with a soft cloth.  Never soak jewelry strung on natural silk.

It’s a good idea to do an annual service at a professional jeweler for some of your jewelry, in particular to check clasps, mounts and any soldering.

Enjoy your new piece of jewelry.  We hope it will last for a long time!
